Akto - Human Rights and Democracy is a non-profit association and a NGDO, founded in 2015 and based in Coimbra, which aims to foster education, promotion and intervention in Human Rights and Democracy, as structural factors for positive change in the world, promoting the social and community integration of the most vulnerable and at risk populations in Portugal and in the World.
