The Migrant and Discrimination Victim Support Network is a sub-network of the APAV - Portuguese Victim Support Association - specialized in supporting migrants or non-Portuguese nationals who are in Portugal for any reason and who have been victims of The Network for Support to Migrant Victims and Discrimination has also been specializing in its intervention in specific crimes, which regardless of the nationality of the victim, have a significant occurrence in Portugal, namely: trafficking in persons, female genital mutilation, forced marriage , hate crimes and discrimination, as well as in situations of discrimination as an offense.
